Serves 2-3 toddlers

Ingredients
120g spaghetti
150g cherry tomatoes
4 or 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
fresh parmesan, grated

Method
1. Bring to boil a large pot of water, cook pasta to al dente.

2. Cut the tomatoes in half. Add olive oil and cherry tomatoes to a large non-stick fry pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until slightly softened.

3. Once the tomatoes start to soften remove them from the heat and set aside until the pasta is ready.

4. When the pasta is ready strain it and add it to the tomatoes.

5. Add chopped basil.

6. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes in the fry pan.

7. Serve hot with fresh grated parmesan.

This is a quick and easy meal for a whole family. For a family meal, use 500g of spaghetti and 400g cherry tomatoes. Serve with hot garlic bread.
