No-Fuss Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
125g butter
3 tbsp cocoa
6 tsp water
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup self-raising flour
2 eggs

Method
1. Preheat oven to 170C. Prepare 25cm x 15cm slice/ brownie pan.

2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add sifted cocoa and water. Stir to combine.

3. Add castor sugar and vanilla, stir. Then add sifted flour and eggs. Stir well until combined.

4. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

5. Bake for 30 minutes. Brownie is cooked when a skewer comes out clean.

Note: You can add chopped pecans or walnuts, caramel chews or chocolate chips for an extra indulgent after dinner treat!
